PDF QR Code
Turn a PDF into a QR code people can open on their phone — free, no signup, never expires. Ideal for menus, brochures, manuals, and flyers.
Awaiting input
Pick a style to start, then fine-tune it in the Shape, Color, Logo and Frame tabs.
Corners stay a solid color (not the gradient) — this keeps the code reliably scannable.
Your logo is added entirely in your browser and never uploaded. Error correction is raised automatically so the code still scans.
Framed codes download as PNG. Remove the frame to export SVG.

How a PDF QR code works
A QR code cannot store an entire PDF inside it — the file is far too big. Instead, you host the PDF somewhere with a public link, then encode that link. Scanning the code opens the PDF in the phone’s browser. This keeps the code small and reliable.
Where to host your PDF for free
A file on your own website is best for control. Otherwise a public link from a cloud drive or free file host works. Make sure the link opens the PDF directly and is set to ‘anyone with the link can view.’
Great uses for a PDF QR code
Restaurant menus, product brochures, instruction manuals, event programs, real-estate fact sheets, and printable coupons all work well. Print the SVG so it scans cleanly at any size.
Frequently asked questions
Can the whole PDF go inside the QR code?
No — QR codes hold only small amounts of data. You encode a link to the hosted PDF, and scanning opens it.
Will the code break if I replace the PDF?
If you keep the same link and swap the file behind it, the code keeps working. If the link changes, you would need a new code.
Does it expire?
No. The static code works as long as the PDF link is live.
Is it free?
Yes — free forever, no account, no watermark.
