QRForge is operated from Ontario, Canada, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
1. The service
QRForge provides free, browser-based tools that generate QR codes. Static QR codes are free to create, download, and use, including for commercial purposes, with no account required.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use QRForge to create QR codes that link to or contain: malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content; illegal material; spam or deceptive schemes; or anything that infringes the rights of others. The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated code will scan on every device. You are responsible for testing your QR codes before printing or distributing them.
4. Destination content
QRForge does not control, host, monitor, or endorse the websites or content that user-created QR codes point to. We are not responsible for any third-party destination reached by scanning a code created with our tools.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRForge and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any QR code created with it, including losses from a code that fails to scan, points to the wrong destination, or is misused by a third party.
6. Advertising and third-party links
The site displays advertising and may contain affiliate links to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
